We start by closely analyzing how your company creates, stores, and handles data, and fix that foundation so it stops firefighting and goes back to profiting from technology.
Who we are
We act as the technology office for our clients, whether they have an in-house engineering team or not.
We're not an agency that delivers whatever is requested. We're the engineering partner that looks at your whole business, understands the model, and decides with you where technology needs to evolve to generate more productivity and profit.
Everything we touch is measured by one simple rule: will this increase productivity, reduce rework, or unlock revenue? If the answer is no, it isn't aligned with the business strategy, and we don't do it.
How we work
Where there's patch on top of patch, we stop, understand the business model, and rebuild from the foundation up, starting with the database, where almost every real problem lives. Good engineering costs less in the long run than living with improvisation.
At the start, investment is needed. We build solid alternatives while the old infrastructure stays up, putting out day-to-day fires, so the migration happens without stopping the business. The return comes later, and it comes bigger.
We have no sales team. In the first conversation you talk directly with our senior engineers, with one clear goal: understand whether the project is technically and economically sustainable for both sides. It's honest, and it saves everyone's time.
“Most technology companies sell hours. We build foundations. That's why we have no salespeople: only engineers who only take on what's going to work.”
Who has trusted us
Ubisoft
We built the foundation of Ubisoft's global esports platform. When the structure needs to handle worldwide scale, it starts with engineering, and that's where we came in.
TDF Web
We gave a new interface to Brazil's first cloud-based PMS: a hotel management system that was already a reference and gained an experience worthy of its technology.
Peter Christian
We transformed the infrastructure of an international e-commerce operating in multiple markets (UK, US, Europe, and Australia), with a proprietary CMS/PIM that organizes catalog and content at the foundation, not on the surface.
Where we are
Our headquarters are at Sapiens Parque, the technology park in Florianópolis, one of Brazil's most innovative cities. We have a team working on-site and remotely, serving clients worldwide in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Who Epanel is for (and who it isn't)
And that's okay. We'd rather say so in the first conversation.
Why we're selective (the honest part)
We only take on clients who can profit more from our work. It's not a vanity requirement, it's what sustains a long-term partnership.
When the relationship is profitable for both sides, we can take good care of those who already trust us, instead of constantly chasing new clients every month. Those with us today reap the benefit of that choice: attention, continuity, and engineers who know the business end to end.
What changes in practice
Working with Epanel usually shifts internal processes. Sometimes a task someone does today simply stops existing, because the system now does it.
We handle that with transparency from the start. It's not about cutting people; it's about freeing up the team for work that helps the company grow, and growing along with it.
Who will work with you

Founder of Epanel
I hold a degree in Information Systems from UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina) and have spent the last 20 years developing systems for companies. I'm here to understand your business's challenges and help solve the software engineering problems holding back your growth.
I don't sell promises or trendy solutions. I only recommend what truly works. Alongside a highly qualified team, I focus on building reliable, scalable, and lasting systems, always committed to increasing your business's productivity and profitability. After all, a partnership only makes sense when it generates consistent results in the short, medium, and long term.
No sales proposal, no sales pressure. A conversation with our engineering team to understand if the project is viable, for you and for us.
